Virat Kohli once again stood tall against the Australian bowlers despite a top-order collapse to keep India alive in the chase. India were three down for 27 on the board chasing Australia’s total of 313/5. The Indian skipper then shared some crucial partnerships with MS Dhoni, Kedar Jadhav and Vijay Shankar on this way through to his 41st century in ODI cricket. Kohli struck 16 fours and a six during his 95-ball 123 but India lost the game by 32 runs.
